#SatSpanks - Building trust

Thank you for joining me this week as I dig deeper into Holding Cynthia, Romancing the Coast, book 2.

Antony and Cynthia are in her new house. Her worldly possessions are on a moving truck, somewhere between Montreal and the West Coast. Antony has bought a big old armchair at the local thrift store and it has just been delivered to the basement bedroom.

The painters have just started work upstairs.

Antony is about to go out of town and leave her for a week or so. Because they have recently established a deep intimacy, Cynthia is anxious about the looming separation:

Antony shepherded her into the room and closed the door behind them.

He sat down on the chair. “I will not have you doubting me. Now present yourself and be grateful for the loud music upstairs.”

She hesitated for a half a second before she pressed her lips into a firm line, undoing her jeans. As she moved across his lap awkwardly, he helped her arrange herself. The wide right arm of the chair supported her torso. The other supported her legs. Her bottom was situated in the center of Antony’s lap, served up like a proper rump, ready to be roasted.

“Now did I tell you I would come back next week?”

Smack.

“Yes! You did.”

Smack.

“Correct. Do you have any reason to think I am lying?”

Smack.

“Ow. None. I’m just cautious.”

Smack.

“It’s good to be cautious. But not where I’m concerned. When it comes to me, I expect you to trust me. If you were standing at the window of a burning building and I told you to jump with no more than my outstretched arms to save you, you can be sure I would catch you. I would never let you come to harm. You may get up now.”

She struggled to her feet, embarrassed but strangely comforted by the moment he’d taken to reassure her.

#SatSpanks - When is a choice not a choice?

Fall has arrived here in the northern hemisphere but in the world of Cynthia Donohue, it’s springtime. She’s just taken possession of her new home. The previous occupants have left it in a mess so Cynthia and her friend, Antony, have spent the whole day cleaning it. Cynthia has an underlying illness that has left her exhausted from this effort.

Antony takes her back to their B and B and bathes her himself, while feeding her strawberries and champagne. Then he leads her into the bedroom where he has laid out a new sleep T-shirt he bought that day. She likes to sleep in full pajamas. He prefers her in the nude. The sleep T-shirt is his concession to her preferences.

One small detail: the sleep T is emblazoned with the words no pants are the best pants.

They when into the bedroom where the new sleep T was laid out on the bed. Cynthia stopped and frowned. “I’m not going to bed already. It’s only six o’clock.”

“You don’t have to go to bed yet but you have to be ready for bed.”

She read the t-shirt as Antony toweled her hair. “No pants? I don’t think so!”

“Don’t you?” He stopped rubbing the wetness off her scalp. “I’ll give you a choice then. You can wear the T-shirt without panties, with a white bum. Or you can wear it without panties, and a red bum. How much do you want to argue? The other guests might be amused by the sound of a naughty girl having her bottom warmed.”

Thank you for joining me for another excerpt from, Holding Cynthia, Romancing the Coast, book 2.

It’s possession date: Cynthia now has keys to the waterfront house she bought. Antony told her to arrange to have a locksmith change all locks but she decided not to. He’s not happy with this decision so he has asked her if she knows why he told her to do that:

“You said as a woman living alone, I shouldn’t trust that all the previous tenants and owners had turned in their keys.”

“And still you didn’t arrange to have the locks changed?”

“I completely forgot,” she lied. She’d decided she didn’t want to spend the money.

“What do you think happens to naughty girls who don’t look after themselves?”

Her pussy throbbed. She couldn’t stop the blush that burned across her face so she shrugged.

“That’s right. They get spanked.” Antony answered for her.

This excerpt is from my book, Holding Cynthia. Poor Cynthia couldn’t lie still when Antony held her over his knee so he bent her over the bed for more serious treatment (edited):

My book, Holding Cynthia is about an independent, willful Cynthia who is fast falling love with Antony. They are sitting at a scenic viewpoint overlooking the ocean before she gets her first spanking:

“Finish your coffee,” Antony said softly.

The silence that filled the car after that exchange was mellow, undramatic. The dog walkers, hikers, and other tourists that walked past them would have seen nothing remarkable in the two people in the dusty car. How many would have suspected they were looking at an adult couple drinking coffee before they went back to their guest house for an afternoon of domestic discipline? No one. My vacation is now fading to a dim memory. The houseguests have gone home. What a great summer - now I have a new release. Ain’t No Cure was the working title for the book now called Holding Cynthia, Romancing the Coast, book 2. If you know the Leonard Cohen song, Ain’t No Cure For Love, you’ll understand my original choice of titles once you’ve read the book.

Prickly Cynthia Donohue wants Antony Jacobson, but believes she is past the age of falling in love. “Remember when I warned you that last night’s smack might just be a starter if you didn’t behave?”

She nodded.
